Michel Di Benedetto: his father Vito was italian, his mother Camille was from normandy, and after 25 years working as chef Plagiste at his uncle’s famous La Voile Rouge, it felt natural for Mimi to start his own business: Les Palmiers in 2000. He and his wife, Stéphanie, are running this incredible place for the past 18 years wich became one of the most Premium place of Pampelonne beaches.
Designed by the sustainable international architect Philippe Madec – Global Award 2012 – the new Les Palmiers will be a world reference for eco-friendly architecture on the beach. Pure white, wood, light and shades, the new XXI century lifestyle beach.
